HOW & WHY I BECAME A BEAUTICIAN

When I left school at 16 years old I had no idea what I wanted to do, all I knew is that I wanted to jump into a job that I loved!! 

I have always enjoyed being pampered and treating myself to have nice nails and lashes and that's when it clicked!

- I wanted to be a beautician. 

I loved the feeling a bit of pampering gave me and I wanted other clients to feel special and experience this too! So I enrolled at Bracknell & Wokingham College in 2014 to study Beauty Therapy and it all started from there! 

In 2015, whilst completing my Level 3 qualifications, I joined a beauty salon in Binfield which is where I met so many of my lovely clients!! After 3 years I made the decision to set up my very own business in my mum's spare bedroom in Bracknell where my little business, 'HD Beauty' thrived for 7 years.

In 2025, after purchasing my first house in Owlsmoor, I had my dream cabin built in my garden. With the business moving to a different location, this meant HD Beauty needed a little glow up. It was time for a new name, new brand and new vibe.

And so, Honeydew was born!

I am so so grateful for all the support so many client's have given me over the years and thank you for your continued loyalty to my little business! 

I am so excited to see what the future brings. I have big plans for Honeydew and I can’t wait for you all to join me on our next journey!
